Joomla 1.7 remove "Created on" in Article Date

The string "Created on" in Article Date can be edited in the com_component language file at:

[joomla_root]/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_content.ini

Search file for COM_CONTENT_CREATED_DATE_ON="Created on %s"

Change to COM_CONTENT_CREATED_DATE_ON="%s"
